Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP)

The Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) is a technology-driven initiative where the Council acts as a gateway for the region to explore and adopt new and emerging technologies. Key Programmes Under EDP program.

• Creation of Technology Resource Centers (TRC)
• Developing improved technologies based on locally available natural resources.
• Enhancing post-harvest techniques to meet commercial requirements.
• TRCs are managed by pre-appointed NGOs and are currently operational in six districts, with plans for expansion to all districts.
• TRCs will integrate modern science with traditional knowledge to enhance technological advancements.
