Unnati – Real Time System for Proposal Monitoring
“Unnati” is a centralized Real Time System designed for monitoring and following up on proposals and projects submitted by the government of Uttarakhand to the Government of India. This system enables State Government departments to raise and track proposals pending approval at the central level, facilitating seamless follow-up. It provides instantaneous status updates, ensuring smooth communication among stakeholders.
The “Unnati” platform allows the Uttarakhand Government to efficiently manage proposal requests across departments, assign them to the Liaison team, track their progress, and ensure timely closures. It also helps identify and resolve bottlenecks that may delay approvals. Unnati assists the government in triaging requests from various departments and overseeing their resolution in a structured manner.
Unnati Portal is being developed to enhance project tracking and interdepartmental coordination. This portal is accessible to:
- Honourable Chief Minister
- Chief Secretary
- All Departments Secretaries
- All District Magistrates (DMs)
- All Department Heads (HODs)
- RO office
Features
- Honourable Chief Minister and Chief Secretary can view all project progress and issues.
- Chief Secretary can schedule review meetings with departments with desired agendas.
- All Department HODs can create projects that need to be monitored.
- Any department can raise issues regarding projects, which will be assigned to the relevant person for resolution.
- RC office can create, monitor, and track the progress and issues of assigned projects.
