On the occasion of “National Science Day 2025,” various scientific programs were organized at the USERC Vigyan Chetna Kendra. While extending National Science Day greetings, the Director of USERC, Professor (Dr.) Anita Rawat, stated that the vision of a developed nation can only be realized through the holistic and integrated development of youth. USERC, in collaboration with various educational and research institutions across the state, is continuously organizing various scientific activities at the grassroots level, focusing on innovation, creativity, and technology-based science education for students and teachers.

On the occasion of National Science Day 2025, various activities to promote scientific awareness and innovation among students were held at schools including Janata Inter College Kamalpur Sanglakoti, Shaheed Uttam Chand Saraswati Vidya Mandir Inter College, Banbasa (Champawat), Saraswati Vidya Mandir Inter College, Tadhikhet (Almora), Atal Utkrist Rajkiya Inter College Kandara Pauri, Atal Utkarsh Rajkiya Inter College Chamarada Devi Bharpur Tehri Garhwal, Ramkumari Agarwal Saraswati Vidya Mandir Inter College, Khatiima (Udham Singh Nagar), Shaheed Uttam Chand Saraswati Vidya Mandir Inter College Banbasa, Public Inter College Surkhet, etc. These included various science lectures, science quiz competitions, poster contests, slogan and painting competitions, science exhibitions, and more.
