Uttarakhand Government Assets Management System (UKGAMS)

The Uttarakhand Government Assets Management System (UKGAMS) has been developed by the Uttarakhand Space Application Centre (USAC) to monitor government assets using satellite technology. This project was conceptualized based on Government Order No. I/124569/2023 Revenue Section -2, dated May 24, 2023, which mandates the use of technology for monitoring government land assets and reporting unauthorized activities.

Under this initiative, a web-based application, mobile application, and dashboard have been developed to visualize and analyze government land assets through satellite imagery. The integrated system enables line department authorities to demarcate their assets, create geo-fences, and detect changes by utilizing updated satellite data. An alert system is also incorporated to notify concerned authorities of any detected changes.

The dashboard supports decision-makers and policymakers in analyzing these changes to facilitate informed decision-making.
