Uttarakhand Secretariat e-Gatepass Uttarakhand Government Portal is a Digital India Initiative By ITDA, Uttarakhand designed especially for Visitors. It enables the citizens to schedule appointments through an online process. Uttarakhand eGatePass is a cloud-based application software developed by ITDA with an easy-to-use interface and comprehensive security features. This is a unified and centralized application that can be easily implemented in any Uttarakhand Government office with minimum customization efforts.

This system bridges the gap between the Government, allowing hassle-free appointments with government officer. It eliminates the cumbersome and tedious procedure of requesting an appointment and then physically visiting the premises. It helps maintain all-relevant information about the visitor, which is automatically saved in the database. In the 2nd Phase ITDA plans to integrate this application with visitors’ Aadhaar card facility for enhanced convenience and security.
