Objectives: The main objective of the MSL to revolutionize rural and urban education and make hands-on Science education increasingly accessible.
Outcomes of the Project: Work to bring in elements of curiosity, creativity and confidence in students and focus on behavioural shifts in children through the program. These behavioural shifts also develop logical thinking and questioning skills in students. The project has had success in the holistic development of the children by tapping into their natural intelligence, building motor skills, and allowing them to touch, feel, and work with objects they usually only read about. Hands-on activities and models make complex scientific concepts much easier for students to understand. Students are also encouraged to make low-cost models and engage in peer-to-peer learning. Program will also promote creativity and innovation in students, build local leadership among them, their problem-solving skills, and raise productivity and entrepreneurial thinking. It also provides them different platforms both internally and externally to present their creativity and innovation.
